1. Attend to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters;

2. Submission of application for company incorporation and strike off Updating & maintaining statutory registers & records;

About the Job

The Graduate Studies office is responsible for the governance and development of the University’s graduate programmes, which include Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Master's Degrees and Doctoral Degrees. In addition, the office manages admissions and recruitment of graduate students, working in close collaboration with the Schools and various academic and administrative units across the University.
