Key Objective

The Executive, Consumer Relations (CROs) of the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) are the first point of contact for consumers who seek advice and/or redress for their contractual disputes with businesses. CROs require relevant skills and acumen to handle a wide variety of consumer to business disputes and to assist parties in negotiating an amicable settlement. Consumers may either lodge their disputes online or schedule an appointment to meet the CROs in person.

Core Responsibilities:

Consultation Service

• Review the complaints submitted by consumers, dealing directly with them over the telephone, email, through face to face and online channels.
• Review the contractual documents and provide advice to consumers on their contractual rights, and options to seek redress.

Dispute Resolution

• Handle the disputes, dealing directly with consumers and businesses over the telephone, email, through face to face and online channels.
• Gather, collate and organise relevant documentation.
• Seek to achieve an amicable resolution for both parties through negotiation and mediation sessions in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper filing and prompt closure of all complaints.

Other Roles

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned which may include: -
• Generation of statistics and reports.
• Review and analysis of complaint trends and figures.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution. Law related courses will be an advantage.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

• Perform the daily BAU operations, i.e. loan disbursements, repayments, fee collections, prepayments, rollovers and redemptions, monitoring and sweeping of funds from special-purpose accounts, e.g. DSRA, Operating accounts for loan repayments and monitoring of scheduled repayments for bilateral and syndication deals.
• Perform GL reconciliation & ensure outages are resolved within stipulated turnaround time.

About the role

The Senior / Executive, IT / Cybersecurity (ITCE) will assist the Senior Manager (IT) to plan, implement and manage organisation-wide IT infrastructure and IT-related systems in Vanguard. The ITCE will render IT operational support which includes the provision of IT services, troubleshooting, managing IT assets, IT procurement etc. He/she will also coordinate and work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the IT systems can provide associated IT services to our residents and staff.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from growth campaigns to brand development, to scale iPiD’s products
• Design and execute high-impact initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Build and manage all marketing channels, campaigns, content, and experiments, from digital, events to partnerships and PR — be the go-to person for getting things done
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align growth efforts with business goals
• Set the foundation for our future marketing organization and mentor team members as the company scale
• Collaborate with the Leadership and People team on internal communication, merch and activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders

• Min. 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS in financial services, fintech or technology

Looking for an Accounts Executive who is able to work independently and efficiently.

Proficient in MYOB.

Preferably with at least 3 years' experience handling full set of accounts.

Diploma and/or LCCI equivalent.

Reports to the Finance Manager and Group FC.

Duties include :

• Handle day-to-day general bookkeeping and accounting duties using MYOB for a portfolio of companies.
• Keeping full set of accounts.
• Submit monthly management accounts.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports.
• Prepare annual XBRL reports.
• Assist in audit queries and prepare audit schedules.
• Assist in tax queries.
• Liaise with company secretary on secretarial matters.
• Liaise with banks on account matters.
