Manage various HR functions including HR metrics reporting, on-boarding & off-boarding processes, work pass related matter, employee promotions and other staffing related. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting organizational goals through effective HR management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory surveys and compliance reports.
• Handle the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage Organizational Change and Personnel Movement in SAP system, ensure accurate HR records, databases and documentation are in place.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the promotion process, communicate promotion decisions and updates to employees, and ensure the proper implementation of new roles and responsibilities.
• Address other staffing-related matters, including yearly policy reviews, SOPs review, internal and external audits, and other related tasks.
• Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Required skills / abilities:

• Requires knowledge and understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations, such as the Employment Act and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing related matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Seniority level depends on experiences.

• Plan, conduct and facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, user surveys, and interviews.

• Translate all findings and goals into actionable recommendations.
• Monthly Data Reporting and Analysis of Survey Results.
• Supporting in User Testing and Portal Experience.
• Conduct Mystery Shopping of current offerings.
• Keep records of customer interactions, details of actions taken, and reports of results.

Service Delivery

• Supporting in the Feedback Management Process.
• Supporting in the administration and new module roll out of survey and service console of Salesforce.

Qualifications, Preferred Knowledge and Skills, and Other Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in customer service, customer experience, or user experience.
• Design thinking and customer service skills will be an advantage.
• Familiar with CRM programmes, databases and data analytics such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint, visual presentation, and facilitation skills

In this role, you will plan, execute, and monitor impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms, playing a vital part in shaping our ad and communications strategy. Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Develop and manage campaign briefs, working closely with our Creative team and external partners to bring campaigns to life.

Content Strategy Development

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences, supporting lead acquisition and engagement across all digital channels.
• Ideate content strategy for different types of campaigns, including: product launch campaigns, reactivation campaigns, always on campaigns, campaigns for physical events, and retail partner campaigns.

Collaborative Campaign Development

• Collaborate with Creative, Technology and Business Intelligence teams to define, develop, and implement integrated digital campaign strategies.
• Create ad sets, audience targeting, ad copy, and other assets with support from local market teams.

Paid Media & Budget Management

• Partner with internal teams to develop integrated paid media strategies, outlining key themes and messaging.
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient pacing against targets.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

• Analyse performance metrics across digital channels to inform marketing decisions and enhance lead acquisition and activation strategies.
• Continuously improve processes to ensure best practices and efficiency in campaign management and lead generation.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

• Conduct data analysis to track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROAS. Regularly benchmark and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaign outcomes.

Traffic & Conversion Optimisation

Requirements

• Prior digital marketing experience, especially in the areas of: crafting content strategy, driving digital campaigns, post-campaign analytics reporting and paid marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to drive campaign improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimising multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
