• Assist in planning of events and prayers, layout of prayer halls, tablets design and all matters relating to all the Puja and celebration of birthday, enlightenment and renunciation day of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas such as Vesak, Amitabha Buddha’s birthday, and so on.
• Assist in preparation and setting up of prayer halls, tablets printout, order of offerings and arrangement of offerings, and ensuring operation readiness before the events and prayers.
• Assist in coordinating with Dharma of ceremonial masters and reports to superiors for requisition of materials, manpower assistance, volunteers, arrangement for rehearsal(s) and ensure all sutra and offering materials are prepared in accordance.
• Assist in the preparation and ceremonial procedures of “Three Refuge and Five Precepts” to ensure a smooth and successful completion of the ceremony.
• Familiarize with service offerings to our devotees and counter duties so as to provide stand-in assistance during peak periods or as required.
• Familiarize with Ancestral Hall processes and procedures and assist in puja tablets printout, ancestral tablets making workflow, offerings and so on.
• Any other ad-hoc matters and duties assigned by management and department superior as required to ensure a smooth operation of all Dharma matters.

Job Duties

• Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.

• Arrange class schedules and feedback for students and tutors

• Assist in invoicing and payments

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales

• Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)
