• Responsible for the property debtors’ function, invoicing, including front desk and F&B collections reconciliations.
• Ensure the accuracy of all revenue charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis.

Revenue Audits

Credit cards

• Ensure that all credit card transactions are verified for completeness and the accounts formally reconciled on a daily basis.
• Calculate and accurately post commissions.
• Promptly investigate all credit card disputes, liaising with the Front Office and the banks.
• Collate all necessary paperwork to justify credit card refunds and obtain sign off from the management before refunds can be processed.

Month End

• Prepare Accounts Receivable Journal for Credit Manager review.
• Accurately process all Monthly Statements of Accounts, ensuring that they are sent out to all Debtors.
• Submit all month end reconciliation report for Credit Card, Cash and all other receipts for final review.
• Report to Credit Manager on Debtors over normal terms and follow up closely in this situation.

About the job :

This role is crucial in driving customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives under the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division and to ensure consistent client experience at all CHANEL FBP stores. As a Project Executive within our Web Development team, you'll be instrumental in turning strategic visions into concrete outcomes. You'll oversee the entire digital project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our client's business goals and our dedication to fostering growth and influence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of digital solutions (Direct Landing Page) ensuring alignment with client’s business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop and continuously monitor project progress and compare it to the established project plan.
• Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, risks, and any necessary adjustments to the plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Be well-versed in the digital arena to make informed decisions, understand technical challenges, and effectively communicate with the team.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of proven experience in delivering digital solutions and managing digital teams.

• Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, and email marketing

Qualifications
