IN BRIEF

The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of client projects, managing day-to-day activities for the client account and supporting the Account Manager / Director in meeting client needs.

The Account Executive will handle client requests, prepare client reports and manage client communications. The Account Executive should foster respect from subordinates, peers, management and clients alike through solid support of tasks when required e.g. administrative, creative and budgetary support on all project elements.

To be successful in this role, you should come from a client facing role, either in Accounts or Production, with a strong understanding of experiential marketing, social & a high touch understanding of what is important to a brand. You must have strong organisational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once ensuring deadlines are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship Management

Client

• Good client relationship management skills through clear, consistent and concise written and verbal communication
• Possess a sound knowledge of the client contract and account details
• Act as gatekeeper of information on the account: brand books, products, client organisational structure

Suppliers

• Management of suppliers across all categories and disciplines to foster trust, goodwill and outstanding levels of quality and delivery

Internal

• Effective support of senior team members to deliver best practice
• Contribute to positive and collaborative inter-departmental relationships with other agency departments through planning and communication

Communication

• Contribute to high quality project documentation and administration and ensure the timely dissemination to all relevant stakeholders
• Take part in regular WIP meetings with internal and external teams and clients to enable effective project planning

Creative Development & Championship

• Input into the creative development of project proposals with other teams within the agency and any external 3rd party suppliers as required

Process

• Ensure compliance of internal DARKHORSE processes with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide administrative support to the communications team in the form of WIP Reports, Timelines, Purchase Orders, invoices and budget administration

Financial Accountability

• Contribute to budget scoping to ensure all project requirements are accurately scoped with the appropriate level of detail and standard profit margins are maintained

About You

• 2-4 years + in an client facing Account Servicing / Production role within an agency environment
• A willingness to contribute to group discussion and problem solving, creative development, process improvement and maintaining a healthy, peaceful and harmonious professional culture and environment
• An understanding of experiential marketing and how to successfully pitch to clients
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role - Retail Leasing team in Singapore, where you'll be responsible for creating and executing leasing strategies for retail properties. You'll need to be attuned to market trends and able to seize opportunities to secure new tenants. This role requires a highly driven professional with a robust industry network, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities, as well as leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate new leases and renewals.
• Plan and implement tenancy mixes for malls.
• Source and secure tenants that fit the desired tenant mix.
• Handle leasing enquiries and recommend retail spaces to prospects.
• Work closely with asset managers to achieve optimal mall occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate to refresh and strengthen trade mixes with new retail concepts.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on retail trends.
• Build strong networks with retailers and tenants.

Qualifications

• Valid CEA license is REQUIRED.
• Degree or diploma in Estate Management, Building, or a related field required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A well-established network of tenants and contacts.
• A positive, resourceful team player.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.

Job Summary:

• Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

Recruitment

• Support recruitments for Operations teams with recruitment. administrative, organizational and logistical tasks.
• Serving as the logistical point of contact for both internal and external candidates at the written offer stage, including interacting directly with the candidates and ensuring signed paperwork is received in a timely manner.
• Managing various aspects of the candidate experience post offer acceptance, including ensuring accurate start dates and compliance of onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and consistent storage of new hire candidate records.
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Conduct new employees’ orientation, exit interviews, referral programs.
• Updating of handbooks, orientations programs and documents templates when required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.

Job Summary: Singapore Ballet is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our performances, programs, and initiatives, driving audience engagement, ticket sales, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-channel marketing, content creation and campaign evaluation, possesses excellent written and communication skills, and preferably, has a passion for the arts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Campaign Management

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for performances, events an programs.
• Develop marketing plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budgets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling visuals and marketing assets
• Track and analyse marketing metrics (campaign performances, social media engagements and tickets sales) to optimise future initiatives
• Report regular reports on marketing outcomes, audience trends and competitor analysis

Digital Marketing and Content Management

• Manage Singapore Ballet’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc), including content planning, production, scheduling and community management
• Ensure content on website is updated at all times and work with external vendors on enhancement to improve the user experience
• Develop email marketing campaigns to promote performances, events, and programs
• Building and maintain relationship with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
• Draft press releases, media kits, and pitch stories to secure press coverages
• Monitor and analyse media coverage, regular media clipping and archive
• Maintain updated contact information of media partners and influencers
• Collaborate with artistic team to develop behind-the-scenes content and storytelling opportunities
• Implement strategies to grow and diversify Singapore Ballet’s audience base

Partnerships and Team Collaboration

• Plan and execute partnership activations and maximise visibility for partners and sponsors
• Ensure that Singapore Ballet’s branding remains consistent in all partners’ collaterals and platforms
• Develop and monitor metrics for success in all partnership initiatives
• In-charge of front-of-house support for all productions including volunteer recruitment, scheduling, briefing and logistics arrangements
• Working closely with the artistic and production teams to align marketing efforts with organisational objectives
• Supervise intern and/or junior staff, providing guidance and support

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the arts, culture, or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Wordpress, etc.).
• An eye for design and proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suites, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of the ballet and performing arts scene is a plus.

Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Development Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:

Operations and Administration (70%)

• Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement and finance related activities
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records and administrative filing
• Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
• Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and any other duties as required during the course
• Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors

Sales and Marketing (30%)

• Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
• Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
• Work with Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
• Update clients’ records and attend to sales enquiries
• Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
• Preferably 2-3 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role from the education & training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
