• Minutes taking and report collations on a weekly basis
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Support the General Manager with ad-hoc projects as assigned

5. HQ Functional Departments Support

• Provide general administrative support to all HQ departments as needed
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in office administration, facilities management and/or HR
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive working attitute with high initiative and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Chinese to liaise with vendors and colleagues in Taiwan and Hong Kong offices.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts.
• Prepare payment to suppliers, contractors and consultants.
• Update AR and follow up with the customers for the outstanding debt.
• Update daily cash flow for incoming and outgoing fund.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Handle corporate tax and GST filing.
• Liaise with auditors, government agencies, financial institutions and tax agents.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent, Post Graduate Diploma/ LCCI / CAT.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting.
• At least 5 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full set of accounts for at least 3 years.
• A team player, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in using Moneyworks, Autocount, MYOB accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• With audit experience will be an added advantage.

OTHER INFO

• 1 year contract (can be converted into permanent role).
• Office located in Lavender area.
• With AWS + performance bonus.
• 5 days week, Monday to Friday, 9 - 6pm.
• Salary range between S$3,000 - $4,000 per month. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs

- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase

- Preparing proposal documents

- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations

- Other adhoc and administrative duties assigned

What You'll Do:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets with the Project Manager/Director that will impress the clients
• Pitch innovative event concepts or trends to potential clients, showcasing how we can elevate their brand through unforgettable experiences
• Set clear project milestones that align with what the clients and the business want to achieve
• Be the point of contact for clients and cross functional crew, keeping everyone updated and ensuring they feel confident every step of the way
• Support the Project Manager/Director with the day-to-day execution of events, troubleshooting any challenges that come along the way
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and find smart ways to save without compromising the experience
• Ensure processes are implemented in every aspect of the events meeting client expectations
• Share regular updates with management about event progress, successes, and what's next
• Constantly look for ways to improve the event planning processes and share best practices within the team
• Stay ahead of the game by exploring the latest social media trends and event innovations
• Create post-event reports with insights and takeaways for future projects

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of event / project management experience in client facing role
• A natural flair for pitching and selling creative event ideas
• Attention to detail, well organized and able to juggle multiple events simultaneously
• Strong communicator with awesome people skills
• Team player who can work well with others
• Experience managing event budgets
• A problem-solver who loves analyzing challenges and finding creative solutions
• Knowledge in using social media platforms and simple editing tools like Canva to create content when needed.
