About the role:

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of learning and development programs across the organisation. You will assist in ensuring that training records are well-maintained and up-to-date, and engage frequently with our staff and external training providers to meet the company’s learning needs. • Oversee the administration of course registration, certification processes, training subsidies, and payment management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee (LOG) in accordance with policy contract and guidelines
• Ensure LOG are concluded within the agreed turnaround time.
• Follow up calls to the customers when necessary
