• Assist to manage employees’ matters in areas of compensation matters, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus
• Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc
• Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll for employees
• Journal entries for payroll, OT, bonus accrual and related
• Assist in coordinating in training programme and liaise with nominated trainees on training requirements
• General office administration and management
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned
• Able to update HR policies in line with Govt MOM policies for our Group of Companies
• Prepare employment contracts (Local/Foreign/Re-employment etc)
• Able to report employees attendance
• Maintain accurate records in HR system and employees' personal file
• Able to handle independently Employee HR issues (including staff insurance)
• Administer of work pass applications (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
• Provide general administrative support

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out for new sales opportunities
• Provide quotation based on customer requirement and ensure timely follow up with customers' enquiries
• Make sure design proposed and timeline set are achieved
• Review and evaluate existing pricing to ensure they are kept within the profitable margin
• Attend to customers' complaint and feedback
• Maintain good rapport with existing company's customers
• Ensure payment is promptly collected
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in related field
• Preferable with architect/building materials sales experience
• Good working attitude, hardworking, creative and passion in home styling
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible for the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic initiatives that enable the business to meet its growth and profitability objectives
• Identifies potential suppliers to secure cost-effective sources of our products
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with suppliers to negotiate for the best terms
• Monitors supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost
• Monitor inventory movement and reconcile supplies
• Establishes key performance measurements to evaluate the purchasing process
• Prepares monthly status reports for management review
