Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day admin and account work.
• Reply and follow-up customer required.
• Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses in timely manner.
• Assist in processing and updating client’s data.
• Perform month-end closing duties.
• Handle incoming email & prepare quotation.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
• Perform scanning, filing, and organization of documents for record-keeping.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support team operations.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting & finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare production campaign start-up, batch review, and review of cleaning records and activities.
• Manage and coordinate Change Control, Event (Deviation and Incident), Out-of-specification (OOS), and resolution.
• Maintain, improve, establish and update appropriate quality management systems to meet customers’ and authorities’ requirements.
• Assist to promote Quality culture for Bulletin, training, and organize promotion activities.
• Assist in quality discussion with respective departments to improve the quality system.
• Assist to plan, prepare and facilitate customers’ and regulatory authorities’ audits and follow-up action.
• Carry out Internal audits of all departments and supplier audits.
• Assist and improve qualification activities and quality risk management.
• Qualification of supplier and external contractor.
• Any other QA department job assigned by the Head of Quality Assurance.

Requirements :

• Degree in Chemical related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
• Strong oral and written communication in English
• Ability to work as a team in department.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Working experience in Quality related field is preferred.

Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of monthly financial and management reports
• Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, GST and tax filing requirement, audits, and procedures.
• Handle annual external audit, providing all the necessary clarifications and support to ensure a quality audit process in a timely fashion
• Handling full sets of accounts (AP, AR and G/L), including preparation of journal entries, balance sheets, income statements & other reporting schedules.
• Review monthly reconciliation schedules relating to bank balances, payables, inter-company balances etc.
• Manage the Company's cash flow, cash projection and set action plans
• Perform internal audit on overseas joint venture partners, if required
• Perform inventory stock check
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Directors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting with Good Working attitude
• 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good interpersonal and ability to manage people and communicate effectively with all level business partners & external auditors
• Strong team player, self-motivated, detailed oriented, proactive and independent

• Prepare monthly group consolidated cash flow statements to assess and mitigate cash flow risks.
• Handle Trade Finance and Hire Purchase (HP) submissions.
• Manage shipping documents and address discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare and coordinate board resolutions and minutes related to financial matters.
• Manage FX hedging strategies and monitor borrowing rates.
• Compile Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) analyses to ensure compliance with bank covenants.
• Prepare and submit the monthly treasury report to the General Manager of Finance.
