Key Responsibilities

• Order ManagementProcess and coordinate wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  Communicate with clients to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and payment details.
  Ensure proper documentation for invoicing, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
  
• Inventory CoordinationMonitor inventory levels and notify the procurement team of restocking needs.
  Assist in inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records.

• Client SupportServe as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.

The ideal candidate will manage accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting practices within the food or wholesale industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record ManagementMaintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
  Ensure proper documentation and timely reconciliation of accounts.
  
• Billing and InvoicingPrepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  Monitor payment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts.
  Address client billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  
• Budgeting and Financial AnalysisAssist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
  Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  Support decision-making with actionable financial insights.

Purpose

The individual in this position is responsible for supporting the system users for ERP and application systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily system support for users regarding company system-related issues through various organizational communication channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system and applications systems issues promptly, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
• Lead the IT system implementation and improvement project.
• Manage and support user accounts, access permissions, and IT-related documentation.
• Liaise with various teams and vendors to facilitate the timely completion of different IT projects.
• Review and develop IT policies, standard operating procedures, and business plans for the organisation.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience managing ERP system operations (Supply chain management, logistics and Accounting) and leading system implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing Business intelligence Systems (Power BI, Domo, Tableau or similar).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in revolving technical and operational issues.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Preferably able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT level N2 and above)

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR and admin in Construction Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially practical experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and employee development.
• Knowledge of construction machinery, equipment specifications, and rental processes.
• Must have working experience in handling construction workers .

Job Description:

• Assists to prepare and submit IR8A for all operational workers.
• Manage workers’ dormitory.
• Handle company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) & Company Insurance, WICA

Responsibilities:

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Application Development

• Analyze the needs and requirements, plan and execute application-related bug fixings, enhancements, or new projects, including testing, provisioning, training and deployment of new solutions and applications.
• Document IT solutions and applications design and configuration and keep the documentation up to date for operational reference.
• Assist with user onboarding and training on new applications.

2. Application Support:

• Provide technical support to staff and students regarding the school's various applications, including learning management systems (LMS), student information systems (SIS), and administrative software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to application access, functionality, and performance.
• Manage access and permission to IT applications and ensure only authorized users have access to IT solutions and data.

3. Data Management:

• Manage and maintain the school's student data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Generate reports and data visualizations to support informed decision-making by school administration.
• Assist with data migration projects and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.

4. System Administration & IT Support:

• Perform basic system administration tasks for applications and data storage systems, ensuring system uptime and availability.
• Install, configure, and maintain application software and related tools.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Provide IT support and solutions to end users within the school and provide AV support to teachers in classroom projection systems, Smart TVs and Audio Systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting (First Level) laptops and PCs. Analyses and recovers system when malfunction occurs or alerts the respective vendor for repair or replacement of affected parts if the item is under warranty.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Information Technology or such people as the School may designate

Qualifications:

The eligible candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall in software development and project management.
• Past experience or exposure to applications and platforms, including school management solutions (e.g., PowerSchool, iSAMS, Firefly) and Microsoft Dynamics and Talend Data Integration Platform.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and potentially programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for more advanced data manipulation.
• Experience in integrating different platforms such as PowerShell, Phyton, .NET, Java, SQL Server Integration Services, and Reporting Services in an International school environment will be preferred.
