RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. 6. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
7. Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
8. Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
9. Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
10. Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
11. Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
12. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
13. In charge of overall subcontractor’s installation works at the project site.
14. Basic façade/structural technical knowledge will be advantage.
