The HR & Admin Executive will support Singapore Silat Federation's HR and administrative functions by coordinating employee working hours, managing Federation's HR functions, and handling essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Compile monthly HR reports, covering on-the-job training, group training, and staff activities.
• Schedule and coordinate regular Staff Dialogue Sessions to promote open communication.
• Process administrative tasks such as payment approvals, purchase orders, and verification of invoices.
• Coordinate schedules for both full time and part time coaches.
• Ensure all operational aspects of HR are efficiently managed to support organizational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

· Report to Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant

· Execute the company’s inventory policy
