Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Regulatory & QA Executive

Role Overview

Join us in a pivotal position where you'll have direct impact on product quality and market access. Working closely with our technical and commercial teams, you'll ensure our flavour solutions meet the highest standards of quality while navigating regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality system implementation and documentation, developing and updating SOPs that will become our quality foundation
• Review and approve product specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer standards
• Manage product registrations and certifications across different markets
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits, maintaining our quality certifications
• Partner with R&D in new product development, ensuring regulatory compliance from concept stage
• Provide regulatory guidance to commercial teams, supporting customer requirements
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across key markets, adapting our systems as needed
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including certificates of analysis and product specifications
• Support continuous improvement of our quality management system
• Collaborate with production to ensure GMP compliance and quality standards implementation

Required Experience & Skills

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Internal Auditor Certification
• 3+ years experience in food industry quality assurance or regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP requirements
• Knowledge of food regulations across Southeast Asian markets
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

• To assist the Head of Department to maintain personal files, co-ordinate staff appraisals and other confidential works
• Responsible for typing of professional memos and correspondence
• Responsible for calendar of activities for professional development
• Responsible for requisition of internet access, name cards, name stamps, laptop etc for department
• Responsible for stationery order
• To assist in the preparation of training/teaching slides and other presentation slides
• To coordinate/assist in the development of training programmes for basic and advance programmes
• Booking of facilities
• To organise departmental meetings, minutes taking and ensure follow-up of outstanding matters
• Responsible for preparation of monthly report, updating of department funds and other funds

(B) GENERAL

• To provide admin support for overseas visitors
• To provide admin support for all courses, including preparation of course materials, feedback forms, certificates, liaison with external partners and registration

JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve sales targets set by Head of Sales.

- Compose promotional plan periodically to boost alcohol sales and create awareness for house products

- Monthly sales reporting, including post campaign analysis and recommendations

REQUIREMENTS
