• Work with DEs on all issues related to ICT facilities, such as Computer Laboratories and IT Rooms
• Work with DEs on preparation of ICT facilities and equipment for Laboratories, IT Rooms, PCs, teachers’ notebooks, visualizers, projectors, etc
• Work with DEs on all issues related to ICT equipment in the school
• Regular checks on the log-in-out Files in Open Access Computer Labs, Monitoring the Usage of ICT facilities and equipment
• Liaise with external contractors to maintain AV/IT equipment

Administrative Matters

• To advise teachers and students on the use of ICT for projects and presentations.
• To coordinate and assist teachers in the conduct of the AV activities (providing AV support).
• To assist in maintaining and updating the school website, PDLP microsite and FHBL Dashboard
• To advise teachers on software solutions which will solve their problems
