Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications Strategy
· Develop and implement marketing communication strategies:
Design and execute strategic plans to increase brand visibility, align messaging with organizational goals, and enhance market positioning.
· Product marketing:
Develop product and solutions narratives for Kajima technology and expertise to support the organization’s commercialization efforts.
· Craft compelling content for diverse platforms:
Produce engaging press releases, social media posts, website content, case studies, and marketing collateral that resonate with target audiences and amplify key messages.
· Ensure consistency and alignment:
Maintain a unified brand voice across all communication channels, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces the organization’s identity and values.
· Analyze market trends and feedback:
Continuously monitor the industry landscape, competitor activities, and audience responses to adapt and optimize communication strategies for maximum impact.
Event Management
· Plan and execute strategic events:
Organize high-impact events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking gatherings, to showcase the company’s innovation and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
· Oversee logistics and execution:
Manage event timelines, budgets, and operational details, ensuring seamless execution and a superior attendee experience.
· Coordinate with internal teams:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support their event needs.
Metrics, Reporting, Budget Management:
· Define KPIs and measure success:
Establish measurable performance indicators for marketing initiatives and partnerships, tracking progress to assess their effectiveness.
· Provide data-driven reports:
Deliver detailed quarterly analyses of activities, identifying successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to inform future strategies.
· Manage budgets efficiently:
Oversee budgets for marketing communications and related activities, ensuring fiscal discipline while preparing accurate forecasts to guide resource allocation.
Partnership Development
· Identify and build strategic partnerships:
Research and approach media outlets, industry stakeholders, and other organizations to create partnerships aligned with company goals.
· Negotiate and finalize agreements:
Lead discussions to secure partnerships, ensuring that all agreements deliver mutual value and align with the organization’s strategic priorities.
· Integrate partnerships seamlessly:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful integration of partnerships into ongoing initiatives, maximizing their impact and sustainability.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business, management, innovation, or a related field. Master’s degree or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
· Proven experience in partnership and / or marketing communications roles, with a focus on B2B or B2G sectors.
· Energetic and enthusiastic about the startup and technology landscape. Ability to “speak the language” of founders, partners and stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team lead, with a track record of delivering results in both roles.
· Demonstrated commercial and business acumen.
· Demonstrated track record of delivery in ambiguous environments.
