• Manage and Co-ordinate with ATOs to organise visits to ISCA’s spaces at IHLs to support ATOs’ engagements with their prospective employees i.e. accountancy and non-accountancy students
• Engage with employers and their SCAQ candidates to gather feedback and improve the SCAQ programme.
• Working closely with ATOs on series of intensified outreach partnerships with employers at various IHLs
• Growing the SCAQ branding across international markets and acquiring new ATOs from overseas countries.
• Conduct outreach activities to convert companies and professional services firms into ISCA’s Corporate Members.
• Support in managing corporate reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employer engagement, candidate enrolment growth, and departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with centralised marketing, admissions, and curriculum development teams to ensure cohesive candidate journeys and alignment with broader organisational strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business development, outreach marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in or with the accountancy education sector or in a related field focused on outreach and partnership development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in planning and executing outreach initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build partnerships.

Responsibilities:
