The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. The Executive Administrator (EA) supports the Management team and will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, expense claims, travel arrangements, coordinate meetings and liaise with external parties. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual can anticipate the Management team needs and ensure a seamless workflow while handling confidential information. Job Accountabilties

1. Provide administrative support to the CEO and Management team
2. Manage travel arrangements for the Management Team

Education & Experience

As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for executing the full range of HR functions, from employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management to employee relations and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the HR leadership team to provide HR guidance and support to business units, in alignment with the organization’s goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Unit (BU) Leads / Heads of Department (HODs) in the management of employee life cycle.
• Support and participate in annual performance management processes, including providing guidance and advice on managing performance issues.
• Work with respective HODs on annual budgeting process, understanding each business needs with manpower requirements.
• Provide guidance for the HODs and employees on the application of HR policies, procedures, and standards.

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing Accounts Payable, monitoring inventory items, and overseeing Purchase Orders.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Review, verify and process vendor invoices.

· Prepare and process both monthly and ad hoc payments.

· Review and verify monthly employee expense claims.

· Review vendors' statements of accounts and compare figures with our system to ensure no invoices are omitted.

· Maintain vendor relationships, resolve billing discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.

· Collaborate with Operations and Food & Beverage departments to manage and update inventory items and ending inventory.

· Assist with the month-end closing process, including reconciliations.
