Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our learning management system (LMS) and learning AI application software at ZilLearn. This role requires expertise in B2B SaaS sales, strong communication skills, and a client-centric approach. You will engage with corporate clients to promote the value propositions of our software, targeting decision-makers in learning and development, technology, and operations functions.
What You Will Do At ZilLearn
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads across assigned industries and territories.
Sales Presentations & Demos
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the unique value of ZilLearn LMS and AI.
• Collaborate with solutions team to tailor presentations to client needs.
Client Needs Analysis
• Engage with decision-makers in technology, operations, and learning and development to understand their challenges.
• Offer tailored solutions that align with clients’ organizational goals and requirements.
Negotiation & Closing
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve outcomes that benefit both the client and ZilLearn.
Product-Market Iteration
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
• Provide market feedback to drive product improvements and strategic initiatives.
Relationship Building
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Targets
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
What You Will Bring to the Team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, AI, or corporate learning solutions.
• Solid understanding of software solutions like SaaS, AI, and enterprise platforms.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales acumen with proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level executives.
• Results-driven, self-motivated and focused on achieving targets and delivering value to clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce for managing pipelines and reporting.
