RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees various aspects of the marketing function, including advertising, Public Relations, event management, liaison with agencies on concept development, creative production, and implementation.
• Manage and update content on the Company website, Facebook, and other social media platforms to ensure an effective digital presence.
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events in alignment with approved marketing plans.
• Maintain and track inventory for marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and corporate gifts.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to identify challenges and opportunities, driving effective marketing strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editor.
• Knowledge of marketing and analytical tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Open to candidates without prior experience but must possess a keen interest in the automotive industry.
• Possessing a Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon Fri)
• Company transport pickup at Clementi MRT (One Way)

Responsibilities:

• Source, coordinate & execute the development of new products and concepts.
• Provide support to various functions to get the necessary information to support the Product Development process and requirement.
• Be highly Involved in product testing and methodology setup
• Responsible for product performance analysis and product documentation; Product Specs, Process Control Plan, etc
• Keep track on product development activities within the scope and account for the product development status.
• Liaise with test laboratory on testing of products
• Build relationships with various stakeholders and provide necessary support to other functions.
• Liaise with suppliers on new product requirement when there is new product development assigned
• Attend overseas trade fairs when required.
• Provide support to department’s activities

The job scope includes:

• Support laboratory operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and functionality of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
• Assist in conducting experiments, tests, and analyses under the supervision of laboratory staff.
• Procure laboratory supplies, equipment, and materials in accordance with project requirements and budgetary guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of procurement orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, procurement transactions, and supplier information
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel and project teams to identify procurement needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Monitor and track the usage of laboratory consumables to prevent stockouts and minimize wastage.

Safety:

• Support the daily operation of all safety and security matters in the lab.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while handling hazardous materials and operating laboratory equipment.
• Provide expert advice to all staff on all workplace safety and health issues
• Develop and implement effective safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Conduct thorough inspections for all work premises assigned and execute all required follow-ups
• Conduct investigations for all accidents and incidents
• Facilitate the application of licenses and liaise with the relevant authorities for license/permit issues relating to safety, such as NEA,SCDF.
• Responsible for the emergency preparedness programme including local chemical spill response team
• Provide training, expertise and support in the safety management of lab equipment, consumables and operations of the labs
• Perform routine checks and inspection of assigned laboratories and office to maintain good housekeeping, enforce safety regulations and create safety awareness
• Conduct regular housekeeping and checking of safety equipment of the assigned laboratories and office to ensure compliance to safety regulations.
• Follow up on non-compliant safety inspection findings and ensure the corrective actions are rectified.

Security

• Plan and coordinate all lab security matters.
• Ensure high level of security for the smooth operations of lab.
• Ensure lab’s access is secured and house rules are followed.
• Ensure only authorized persons have accessed to the designated areas.

Assist in other laboratory-related tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree, any field.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Good communication skills and able to communicate with internal department well.
• Be driven, responsible, organized, independent and able to handle stress well.
• Able to learn fast, high attention to detail, and able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Able to start immediately or at short notice is a plus.
• Possess positive working attitude, punctual, initiative and able to work productively under minimal supervision.
