Major Account Representative (Sales Executive)

This position reports to Channel Manager, need to maintain current business and expand new brand & customers' base and execute sales strategy and deliver results

Job Description:

Requirements:

· Good presentation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Fluent in English and local language to liaise with customers

· Ability to deal with all levels of customers (from Modern retail to Traditional Trade)

· Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) distribution industry with at least 2 years’ experience is preferred

· Need to have own vehicle

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Office Administrative Executive to join our team. This main role is essential in managing order fulfillment, supporting sales administration, and assisting with operator payroll processes. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including loading sales orders into the system.
• Send timely and accurate order confirmations to customers.
• Support sales administration tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
• Address customer inquiries related to orders and escalate issues when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve administrative processes for better efficiency.
• Secondary role will be assist in processing operator payroll by verifying attendance, compiling data, and ensuring timely submissions.

Qualifications:

• Education: GCE O-Level or higher.
• Experience: Experience: Open to candidates with or without experience; training will be provided.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Customer service executives serve as the primary point of contact for clients coming to a company for inquires, requests, queries, and complaints. Forward customer sales enquiries to Sales Dept. for follow-up.
• Co-ordinate with Operations Dept. to respond to customer queries regarding on-going jobs and projects.
• Schedule jobs with Operations staff.
• Prepare quotations and send to customers.
• Track and monitor completion of jobs in the RVS (River Computer System).
• Confirm jobs are “CLOSED” in RVS based on receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
• Produce Purchase Requisition and coordinate with Procurement for Purchase Order to supplier/vendor.
• “CLOSED” means job is completed and required documents are sent to Accounts Dept. for billing.
• Other ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
• Organizational skills / Negotiating skills / Empathy / Patience / Good communicator
• Proficient in Microsoft applications software.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

• Able to identify and hunt for new regional contract logistics (warehousing) business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets set by Department Head
• Ad-hoc duties assigned when required

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience in sales, must be from 3PL logistics with regional exposure
• Advantageous if have strong network and ready customers to bring in
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
• Open and comfortable with cold calling to find customers
