Responsible for a portfolio of regional clients in Cybersource, potential engagements could include portfolio management diagnostics, authorization optimization strategies, assessments of digital product and marketing programs, development of new products with implementation roadmaps, optimizing client customer servicing processes and contract negotiation. Key objectives are client retention, revenue growth and improving NPS.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will deliver strategic thought leadership and a consultative approach to service our leading regional Acquirer and merchant clients. The incumbent must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization.

Specific responsibilities include

• Proactively engage with key regional clients and Visa leadership in regular strategic and planning discussions
• Cultivate, manage and service strategic market leading regional accounts
• Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges
• Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, analytics, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales & Account Management within digital payments
• BA required
• Candidate should have strong consultative selling skills including use of sales methodologies

• Knowledge and experience of payments within AP an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Comply and uphold the integrity of the Group’s Procurement policy and procedures
• Responsible for managing assigned Categories
• Manages the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process including sourcing of vendors, ITQ/ Tender, bid clarifications, negotiations, issue PO and facilitate vendor payment
• Administer Purchase Orders and Contracts.
• Perform analysis and evaluation of vendors’ proposals.
• Negotiate with shortlisted vendors for best prices, delivery time, delivery term, payment term and other Contractual terms.
