JOB DETAILS:

➡ Position: Senior F&B Executive.

➡ Location: 600 N Bridge Rd, Parkview Square (3 min Walking distance from BUGIS MRT)

➡ Salary: $2600-3000

➡ 5 Working days per week.(inclduing weekends and PH)

➡ 2 Shifts per day roster (opening & closing)

A Senior F&B Executive is responsible for:

• The Senior F&B Executive will report to the Assistant General Manager and Floor Supervisors.
• Senior F&B Executive will facilitate an excellent guest experience by ensuring exceptional products and services at all times.
• Provides exceptional service at all times, looking for ways to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure that all standard procedures, rules and regulations, quality of service and sequence of service are highly implemented.
• Support any activities of the management.
• Be a guiding example for the more junior team members of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• To promote and maintain a positive working relationship at all times with all colleagues.
• To demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures and service standards.
• To have full knowledge of the menu and beverage lists and all other special promotions taking place within the company.
• To handle any guest feedback in an appropriate manner ensuring the guest leave the outlet completely satisfied.
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
