Job Description

• Invoice Processing: Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices; Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies before invoicing
• Collections: Ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconcile customer payments and ensure accurate application to the corresponding accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment application
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and cash flow projections
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the accounts receivable function

The Successful Applicant

• GCE O Levels, or Diploma in relevant field
• Proven experience in AR function
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Able to work in fast paced environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and HR-related projects as needed.
• Duties including but not limited to:
• Attending employee requests and questions, in providing advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
• Assist with conducting New Hire Orientation and prepare onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision and termination
• Prepare and maintain employee database, including leave records and HRIS management
• Conducts and reconciles benefits enrolment for new employees.
• Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimally Diploma in Human Resource, Business administration and or related fields
• Preferably with some admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Team player and independent
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all work
• IHRP Certification would be ideal

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers and grow followers, brand interest and engagement through engaging content across different digital platforms.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube and other new platforms)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook or Google etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Brainstorming new digital marketing platforms and ways to capture customer attention
• Compose online copywriting, proofreading and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding
