Salary Range: $2,800 - $4,000 (Depends on EXP) + Commission

Working Hours: 5 days (9am-6pm)

Job Scope:

• Conduct daily sales activities such as cold calling, scheduling client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and engaging with potential customers.
• Analyse market trends and develop tailored strategies to meet current and emerging client needs.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide clients with accurate pricing, product information, and technical support.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports for management and record-keeping purposes.
• Support tendering and bidding processes by conducting groundwork for ITQs and RFQs, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry developments and product updates through regular training and market research

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (Experience in the IT sector is an advantage)
• Diploma or Degree in a related field (Sales or Information Technology preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT products, with experience in HP or Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions being a plus.
• Proven track record of success in sales within a related industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Customer Service

• Attend to all customers' enquiries / issues as follows:
• Contracts and agreements, Quotation/pricing negotiations, Coordination of new models and design issues, Prototype sample order fulfilment, Mass production order fulfilment, Schedule change management (including stock/disposal management), Delivery and quality issues, Customer complaints, Customer specifications/requirements & Customer payments and credibility

Marketing & Sales Plan / Forecast:

• Analyse customer demand and provide sales forecasts to superiors.
• Collect and analyse customer and market information in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement short and long term plans to increase market share.
• Regularly visit and contact customers to enhance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and gather the latest information.
• Coordinate with the business unit (BU) and/or factories for managing customer forecasts.

New Customer Development Activities:

• Execute plans for developing new customers.
• Collaborate closely with BU and factory representatives on new customer development activities.
• Assist the Product Management & Marketing (PMM) group in implementing and executing plans for new customer development.

Other Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets as assigned by superiors.
• Manage overall stock planning and consignment/stock customers if assigned.
• Ensure prompt collection of payments from assigned customers.
• Execute any tasks assigned by superiors to achieve departmental and business targets.
• Participate in company committees, projects, or audits if assigned.
• Support customer/company workshops/programs.
• Assist with PMM or Business Development Department (BDD) activities as needed.
• Any ad-hoc assignments assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trading roles.
• Proven B2B sales experience in handling electronics/semiconductor materials (e.g., adhesives, chemical products used in semiconductor front-back processes), is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently for customer visits and business meetings.
