Responsibilities

• Coordinate Global Marketing Science activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies that includes contract management and payments processing.
• Own administrative tasks, ensuring team has adequate support to work efficiently.
• Support budgeting and expenses reporting.
• Coordinate meetings with different internal and external stakeholders, cross-team events and business trips.
• Manage complex calendar.
• Project manage Marketing Science on-boarding initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in project coordination role.
• Possess great organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

• Has managed billing or procurement processes
• Any experience working across organizations that focus on measurement or research is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in performing audits to ensure adherence to standards, including those under the Private Education Act, Private Education Regulations, EduTrust Certification Scheme, and Enhanced Registration Framework.
• Evaluate audit data to pinpoint performance discrepancies, observe trends, and assess process efficiency for ongoing enhancement.
• Work alongside departments to grasp relevant frameworks, organizational policies, and procedures, and suggest modifications.
• Discover opportunities for refining audit and/ or assessment processes.
• Other tasks as necessary.
