Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the regional SME portfolio – managing all regional SME accounts, referrals, and clients.
• Monitoring, supporting, and track all the regional production and referrals for the Asia Region.
• Ensuring all the GBM clients’ details are input into the Salesforce/Compass system in timely manner.
• Acts as a conduit and liaison point between countries to deliver and communicate information and data specifically on country-to-country business collaboration.

Technical:

• Has a general knowledge of employee benefits business would be advantageous.
• Has an acumen to work on relationships needed for effective collaboration would be advantageous.
• Manages assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required.
• Responds appropriately to urgent coordination issues as they arise.

• Supports implementation of defined policies regionally to facilitate regional client oversight and to ensure that relevant internal operations achieve their business objectives

Role Overview:
We are looking for a positive, customer friendly admin and customer service executive with a strong work ethic for our dance studios. As part of the admin team you will be required to provide overall customer and teacher support over email, phone and face to face at the studios.

Things you will do

• Greet & welcome customers
• Provide information about our classes, programs and studio policies
• Respond to general support enquiries (email, phone, walk-ins)
• Process student upgrades, withdrawals, payment collection and other administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of class schedules, registrations, and payments using our studio management software
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
• Ensure premises are kept neat, well organised and report any maintenance issue to the relevant personnel
• Collaborate within and across teams to achieve business goals of service excellence and growth

About you:
As the ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (customer service or admin)
• Proficiency in office management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a wide range of treasury functions, including cash management, bank loan operations (rollovers, drawdowns, compliance), and preparing treasury cash/loan reports and reconciliations.
• Oversee the opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking, and handle ad-hoc projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of daily treasury transactions for cash, loans, and forex operations.
• Prepare periodic management reports and maintain compliance with Treasury SOPs and external audits.
• Verify and process treasury-related payments, ensuring all records are accurately maintained in the Treasury Management System.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy / Corporate Finance / Economics or its equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in treasury.
• Candidates with prior knowledge in SAP Treasury module will have an advantage.
• Meticulous and committed team player with excellent communication skills, has initiative and good work ethics.
