Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive reports to the Finance Manager. He does work that is about accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll and other accounting tasks. Education & Experience

• Min. Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounting/Accountancy
• Experience in SAP and XERO systems with good MS Excel skills essential
• Experience with bank upload files and bank reconciliation a must

PURPOSE:

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Work closely with accounting shared services in Philippine and Malaysia to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes

• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to Management team member of WRB Technology. This role will coordinate and manage business support, scheduling and preparation of materials. The dynamic nature of this role requires the ideal candidate to have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the MT’s needs. The individual must interact seamlessly and professionally across a broad range of stakeholders including close collaboration with TTO MT EAs and Business MT EAs. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective and timely diary management.
• Manage agendas and prepare materials for various meetings and committees.
