As part of the operations team that reports to the operations manager, the Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the operations of our shared bicycle, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and driving the company’s growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operations efficiency and increase ridership
• Work closely with contractors to ensure compliance with contract agreement standards
• Prepare monthly performance indicators reports
• Design, review, and conduct training syllabus for contractors to achieve consistent outcomes
• Manage import and export shipments
• Plan and execute outdoor events
• Key liaison with public agencies

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in business, operations, or logistics management
• At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainable transportation and urban mobility
• Experience in G-Suite, Slack, and Notion will be advantageous

Job Description:

- Perform inbound and outbound logistics operations

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting the team
• Assist in organising, attending and sending contact reports for meetings
• Update global and regional trackers
• Work with both local and global clients/partners to ensure timely campaign delivery

Key Responsibilities

Admissions and Enrolments:

• Oversee Senior High and Junior High admissions, including Direct School Admission (DSA) and Joint Admission Exercise (JAE).
• Manage the process for conceptualizing registration websites, maintaining student databases, preparing for interviews, and compiling the final list of students.
• Assist the VP/Year Heads in answering parent and student queries, handling DSA/JAE appeals, and managing student enrolments for returning Singaporean and international students.

Junior High Student Matters:

• Coordinate Health and Dental screening, NRIC registration, and Quality of School Experience (QSE) survey for Junior High students.
• Plan and organize Junior High Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).
• Liaise with the Language Centre for updates on third language offerings.
• Assist with Sec 1 posting exercises and Junior High 1 Orientation.
• Organize school tours and Open House events.

Parent Support Relations:

• Support Parent-In-Action (PAACT) with logistics for AGM, Parent-Teacher Meetings, Executive Committee meetings, and Teachers’ Day celebrations.
• Assist with PAACT membership registration and communicate with parents regarding school events and updates.
• Manage PAACT Fund, liaise with parents, and oversee the distribution of donation cards.

Administrative and Reception Duties:

• Cover reception duty from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily and assist with the verification of students with HR agencies.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, such as printing name cards and supporting international student surveys.
• Provide assistance during school tours, PTM events, and DSA registration on the actual day.

Development Projects:

• Assist with signage, donor boards, and partnership boards.

Qualification, Skills & Experience Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree Holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in schools or related environments.
