Reporting to the Finance Controller and Senior Accountant, you are responsible for:

· Maintain accounting general ledgers within accounting software and on Excel

· Perform general ledger, bank, supplier statement reconciliation

· Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, quarterly GST Form 5

· Assist with auditor and tax agent queries, providing of relevant information

· Accurate data entry into claims submission, supplier and payment processing

· Other ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate should:

· Degree / diploma in accountancy

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with strong skills in content creation to join our team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on content creation.

· Manage, tracking and reporting of ongoing activities such as of account receivables, accounts payables, client’s job/work requests, invoices, GRRs, purchase orders, vendor’s tax invoices, inventory, etc.

· To play a key support role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison, contact with internal resource departments and external suppliers, and administrative work.

· To effectively manage suppliers to ensure the highest quality is delivered and the best price negotiated. This includes dealing with Landlord on any Facility related matter.

· Ensure compliance to Safety, Health & Environment Procedures and Reporting.

· Communicate status, work activities, and potential problem reports to director, managers, team members, and others

· Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the FM Operations Director

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for brand building and implementation of marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL and Online) of assigned brands.
• Responsible for the development of brand assets, point-of-purchase materials, digital marketing content, and other communication collaterals.
• Work with the sales team to develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channels to achieve sales objectives.
• Plan and monitor marketing expenditure to review marketing campaign effectiveness.
• To conduct regular market visitations whenever required.

• To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the masterlist.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR.
• To liaise with external auditors for annual management/ EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc
• Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matter
• Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Oversees the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updates and reviews IMS manual yearly
• Liaise with external certification bodies, lead and facilitate EHS related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, BizSafe STAR);
• To carry out any assignment as directed by the MD / GM / MR.

You will provide administrative support to the nursing department and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure smooth running of the office. Administrative duties include collation and submission of data to relevant stakeholders, scheduling of meetings and booking of rooms, maintaining databases or records, minutes recording, application of relevant equipment or access for nurses. You will also be involved in the major events and projects as well as provide other administrative support for the department.
