Knowledge and Skills

1. Must-have skills

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our vibrant team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing data tracking, and maintaining dashboards to support efficient operations. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while also contributing to the growth and success of our preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative tasks such as handling inquiries, scheduling, and documentation.

- Maintain and update data systems, ensuring accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and financials.

- Develop and monitor dashboards to track key performance metrics and report on operational performance.

- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative needs for management.

The Event Services Executive supports clients' event venue needs with the relevant venue capability and capacity for events. He/She understands clients' requirements and collaborates with the Venue Operations department to configure venue facilities according to clients' needs.

He/She is organised and possesses good interpersonal skills to coordinate amongst multiple stakeholders to execute event venue services effectively. He/She is also able to multi-task and works independently to ensure the event venues meet clients' needs.

He/She works long hours on an irregular schedule, due to events that may be held over weekends, holidays and after-office hours. He/She also travels frequently between the office and clients' offices, vendors and event locations to manage the planning and execution of events.

• Obtain, key and maintain patient data records
• Provide clear guidance on basic clinical procedures
• Assist in patient health insurance claims process
• Assist in online billing system and claiming for panel insurances
• Manage internal and external communications
• Arrange hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required
• Assist in the mediation process between patients and healthcare providers
• Manage the clinic's inventory count and assist to order stock and supplies when low.
• Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment when required.

Clinical Duties:

• Dispensing of medications
• Financial counselling
• Chaperone/Accompany the Doctor during consultation when required
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms
• Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas.

• Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
