• Assist the Operator / Marine Superintendent with the upkeep and updates to the HSSEQ management system.
• Coordinate and track the progress of vessel vetting inspections from initiation through to completion and approval, maintaining communication with vessels, oil majors, vessel agents, and relevant internal departments.
• Attend meetings within the Marine Department, record meeting minutes, and distribute them as necessary.
• Help update, review, and maintain the OCIMF Vessel Particulars Questionnaires (VPQ) and ensure accuracy in internal records, customer data, and other marine databases (SIRE, Q88, SIS3, CDI).

• Make agency appointments on behalf of the vessel owners as required.
• Monitor vessel speed and fuel consumption to ensure compliance with charter party requirements.
• Gather and collect customer feedback as needed.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of communication, both internal and external, along with the proper execution of customer orders from initial inquiry through delivery of product on domestic and international sales.
