Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management

• Oversee product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Official online store).
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images and pricing.
• Manage promotional campaigns and discounts in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Optimize listings for search visibility and user engagement.

Administrative Support

• Handle order processing, including coordination with logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist in generating reports on platform performance and campaign effectiveness.

Sales Forecasting and Analysis

• Support sales forecasting efforts based on historical data, seasonal trends and market insights.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to align forecasts with budgeting.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid ads.
• Collaborate with design department to produce compelling artwork that would drive sales conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

Customer Support and Engagement

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce platforms.
• Address complaints and coordinate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and service.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor strategies and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.

Email Marketing

• Work with design and content team to create high conversion email creatives.
• Schedule emails according to campaign calendar.
• Analysis of results and recommendations to improve sales conversion funnel.

Social Media

• Assist the marketing team in creating organic content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar.
