Required skills and qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

The Job

The primary focus of this position is to lead and manage the MRO operations (Pt 145), within the LSI Aerospace division. This position will provide key leadership and accountability for MRO operations and the overall performance of each employee of the department. What We Expect of You

• Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 - 7 years with aerospace MRO and/or OEM engineering experience and at least 3 - 5 years of demonstrated leadership track record.
• Good knowledge of processes (production and/or repair), technologies, aircraft components (e.g. pneumatic, hydraulic, heat exchangers, avionics/electronics, composites) and subsystems (e.g. air management, flight control and actuation, landing gear).
