Salt is hiring an ‘International Tax Manager’ responsible for managing tax planning, compliance and controversy in our region. This will involve driving tax initiatives and technology, reviewing tax processes, helping with tax audits in the region and supporting the business teams in tax matters. Responsibilities

· Maintain oversight and co-ordination of tax compliance activities outsourced to external service providers in the Asia Pacific region, including the review of tax returns and tax forecast calculations, as well as technical analysis in support of statutory audit

· Ensure transfer pricing obligations (e.g. documentation) are fulfilled under local transfer pricings laws and regulations

· Integrate processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality of tax processes

· Work with the Head of Tax to support the business teams in any tax issues

· 10 to 15 years of relevant APAC tax experience – tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax advisory and tax controversy

(A) Principle duties and responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and lead the compliance team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing training

About ReCAAP ISC

The Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC) is the first regional government-to-government agreement to promote and enhance cooperation against piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia.

Process Ownership

Qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering preferred or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in sales/business development preferable in South East Asia

• Solid understanding of the undertakings and applications in one or more of the following segments - Utilities, Building/Data Center, Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Renewables, Infrastructure

• High level of communication readiness, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience, and social competence

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and develop a test plan for conducting penetration tests.
• Lead the team to achieve security penetration testing goals for various products, including:
• Designing and writing test cases based on requirements and scenarios.
• Conducting tests and verifying whether the system or product meets security standards.

• Experience collaborating with remote testing teams and security experts.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills.

About The Opportunity

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
