FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER Job description

Our company is seeking an experienced food production manager to oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing staff, overseeing production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Be sure to list the daily tasks, such as supervising production, managing inventory, and overseeing quality control, and other key duties. You will oversee delivery and development of the food offer and services, both in the restaurants and hospitality services supporting commercial initiatives, innovation, and team development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules and processes to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency

• Hire, train, and manage production staff, including setting and monitoring performance goals

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product launches

• Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw material inventory levels

• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP

• Identify and address production issues and area(s) for improvement

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in production facilities

• Prepare production reports and communicate with upper management regarding production goals and results

• To ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service in all food areas to the company’s standard and to the customers’s satisfaction.

Functional Relationships with:

ASEAN and India Sales Team; Communicate and collaborate with Japan HQ and Oversea technical affiliate for products’ promotion, technical support / troubleshooting, and new technical feasibility collaboration, and creation.

Position Profile:
The Application Engineering Manager is responsible to support the General Manager for developing and executing engineering solution services for overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of engineering solution mid-term strategy, new market exploration and creation & business generation. He/she offers strategic leadership by articulating in depth technical feasibility knowledge and proposals (including both hardware, software and system) to develop solutions for customer and explore new market. The Micron F10 Construction Senior Manager is responsible for the construction of Micron Singapore’s manufacturing and cleanroom projects. This person will work with a team of specialized third party builders and engineers in a highly collaborative environment. This job will require this person to work together with our factory, operations, and supply chain partners to deliver some of the most technically challenging projects in the world with demanding schedule and cost constraints.

The Construction Senior Manager provide project leadership for design execution of the build plan. The manager will work closely with the Design Senior Manager to ensure development of more detailed scope through field walks and collaboration with facilities operations partners and project engineers. During detailed design and construction performed by the general contractor, the Construction Senior Manager serve as the Owner's representative to provide input on buildability and sequence of construction.

As a Construction Senior Manager - your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the supervision of all construction for all Micron’s Singapore major manufacturing and cleanroom projects.
• Provide project leadership for construction execution.
• Assemble a team of engineering specialists for smooth project execution.
• Work closely with the design team as they develop more detailed scope through field walks and collaboration with facilities operations partners and project engineers.
• Serve as the Owner's representative to provide issue resolution for construction and design conflicts.
