Key Responsibilities

GHG Inventory Management

Greenhouse Gas Accounting

Environmental Science

• In-depth knowledge of Forest, Land, and Agriculture (FLAG) land emissions and geospatial data for carbon pool estimations.
• Expertise in GHG target setting, predictive modeling, and decarbonization strategies.

Regulatory Knowledge

• Familiarity with local and international GHG regulations and standards, including benchmarks like CDP Climate Change.

Communication and Collaboration

• Strong ability to work with operational teams, management, smallholders, voluntary certifications (e.g., RSPO, ISCC), and regulators.
• Skilled in preparing and presenting reports on emissions and sustainability efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing GHG emissions within a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in calculating GHG emissions using internationally recognized methodologies.
• Prior experience in GHG reporting within the agricultural sector, particularly in the palm oil industry, is highly desirable.
