Purpose of the job:

The Institutional Investors Associate will play a key role in the growth of the GCIB Institutional Investors team and will support ongoing portfolio management of institutional investor clients within Singapore and the broader APAC region where required. Overview

Sales manager/Sr. Sales manager (Public Sector)

The company is growing exponentially and is looking to hire a sales professional to sell ICT solutions to Government clients.

Responsibilities:

• A hunter role, able to identify opportunities and work out a market strategy
• Own a client portfolio and manage the sales process end to end.
• Develop an Account Plan for each account, then drive the execution of that plan to success
• Conducts account planning and proactively seeks to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the account strategy for quarterly review
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Prospecting, building the pipeline and selling NTT DATA solution to enterprise clients
• Engage with C-level prospects to position NTTDATA enterprise value proposition and key player in deal to closure
• Provide pro-active, trusted thought leadership to target accounts
• Orchestrate internal teams to collaboratively build Joint Vision Roadmaps outlining the value that NTTDATA will deliver and the investments the client will need to make
• Generate new sales opportunities, and work with the technical solutions experts to create innovative and compelling proposals.
• You will be responsible to qualify, participate and take lead in Government tenders.
• Work together with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the company as a whole
• Prospect, educate, qualify and develop opportunities in existing and new key accounts to identify profitable revenue streams.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

Requirements:

• University degree/business/engineering school or similar tertiary qualification
• 5+ years of experience in ICT solutions to public / government clients with key strengths on IT solutions.
• Comfortable in contract negotiation, deal forecasting and articulating organisation's capabilities to customers
• Strong business acumen and work independently
• Positive mind-set, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity

We are recruiting for a multinational developer-owner-operator of real estate products and services across the property value chain. They are listed on the Main Board of SGX and has multiple real estate asset classes in residential, retail, commercial & business parks, industrial & logistics as well as hospitality. The Group has businesses in Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe and China.

As part of the Group Strategy and Planning team, you will be responsible in conducting macroeconomic, real estate, corporate finance research and analysis. You will be adding value by helping to generate actionable insights that deliver value to stakeholders. This role provides exposure to real estate across asset classes and geographies, and analytics in a business context and provides interaction with senior management, internal and external parties.

You will be responsible in preparing and presenting research briefs on topics impacting real estate investment and strategy decision making, including global and regional / country macroeconomic outlook, real estate sector fundamentals and business competitive research.

You will help to deliver calibrated and thoughtful market commentary for the Group’s annual management and board strategy discussions, leadership conferences and external audience, working with business units, help formulate house Views that map out investment, business model and product development implications.

Requirements:

You have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or Finance with strong record of academic achievement with at least 5 years of relevant experience in economic, real estate or equity research. Job title and seniority will commensurate with the years of relevant experience.

You possess strong and structured analytical and written skills, ability to connect the dots between market research to business implications, intellectual curiosity, deep sense of ownership and strong attention to detail.
