Requirements

About this role / team:
The Singapore Monetize team works closely with game publishers and developers and helps them increase their revenue from advertising. The team is specifically looking for a Hindi speaker to handle some of our priority accounts in India and Pakistan and will report into Head of Monetization, India & PK

Responsibilities:

• Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
• Develop strong relationships with our key accounts in India and Pakistan through slack, skype, and face-to-face interaction.
• Consistently evangelizes new products to benefit revenue growth
• Take the initiative to foster new partnerships that represent potential growth outside our portfolio. Turn inquiries into revenue.
• Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.
• Finds opportunity to share learnings to positively impact business
• Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of relevant sales or customer success experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target.
• Experience in the tech industry—mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce or consulting are a strong plus.
• Experience with closing new partnerships / focusing on new business
• Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings—both local and international.
• An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
