Job Description

• Manages all aspects of the marketing strategy for the assigned platform and in close alignment with the regional platform marketing leader; is responsible for developing and communicating the marketing and business plans for the portfolio.

• Collaborates with Global, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to develop and execute a regional strategy to ensure achievement of platform goals and expectations.

• Drives and manages regional marketing activities (and related budget) including :Market research – market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc)
  Pricing – per product per country.
  Tactical marketing mixes to maximize profitable revenue growth in the region
  Marketing communications – advertising, promotions, digital marketing
  Regional event strategy – trade shows, conventions, conferences
  Monitor and report the execution and effectiveness of marketing plans/budgets.
  Guide countries through successful new product launches as needed.
  
• Develops customer relationships in conjunction with Medical Affairs, Strategic Access and country teams to establish multi-level relationships with Key Customers, Hospital Administrators, Advocacy groups and Industry forums to shape relevant policy, practices and clinical guidelines that provide BD with a competitive advantage.
• Keep abreast of CASAJ market trends and be the voice of customer (VOC) to the global product development planning process. Create business cases for new opportunities within the region, engage with the WW platform and applicable country teams.
• Act as a partner in the demand review process for assigned product lines with regional functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Nursing, Pharmacy or Medicine. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare, medical device or diagnostics marketing experience, with proven success.
• Cross functional team experience is required.
• Having Regional experience and matrix organizational experience is preferred
• Self- starter, with ability to plan ahead / envision and ensure timely execution.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is a key member of the team within Private Banking. He/she supports the Relationship Manager (RM) and Team Head (TH) in daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management. The ARM interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions in all tasks related to the delivery of excellent service to the clients. He/she may be the first point of contact for the client and as such, being able to gain the client’s confidence and give a positive, professional impression will be a strong asset. Client Administration & Management

• Supports RMs/TH in client interaction and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents etc.) with high-quality, precision and timely responsiveness

• Actively helps managing risk (support first line of defence), i.e. in client documentation, by raising concerns, following up on issues and by escalating when in doubt
