General responsibilities
· Ensure effective and efficient delivery of all brand activation programs. Develop, sign off and execute detailed SOP's by project
· Detailed project planning. Critical Path Schedules for all projects
· Manage all resources / self-owned or 3rd party resources. Implement Logistics & Warehousing / Fabrication & Production
· Ensure Safety & QA for all projects. Compliance with all processes
· To develop strong relationships with all key clients to review business plans and optimize implementation. Attend key client meetings / market visits, deliver on agreed KPI and add value - new ideas, ongoing improvements
· Work closely and build relationships with 3rd party resource partners - fabrication & production / logistics & warehousing to build mutually beneficial business partnerships
· Maintain close working relationships with central services, business development, business intelligence and creative teams. Active involvement in development of client proposals, provide market feedback, manage communication flows and ensure reporting and measurement
· Manage all projects within budgets and maximize profitability
· Leverage shared resources to improve profitability
· Manage and control all brand activation assets
· Demonstrate and deliver knowledge/trends/new innovations in the brand activation industry
· Identify ongoing opportunities and improvements (ongoing market studies/audits of competitor activities)
· Manage, review progress and deliver the client’s activation projects.
· Responsible for day-to-day client servicing of assigned accounts and projects
· Strategically and conceptually implement projects, responsible for co-developing proposals in close coordination with functional manager(s) given clear briefs
· Work with cross function department (creative, planning, operations, etc.) to deliver a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget on time
· Conduct meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
· Establish relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
· To undertake any other duties commensurate with this position as designated by the Brand Activation Manager

Job Requirements:
· Minimally a Diploma in Business Management, or related courses
