Job Purpose

The Manager ensures that all mechanical and electrical projects are completed successfully, meeting client requirements, safety standards and within the allocated budget and timeline. As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Real Estate development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

2. Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner

3. Complete the financial statement and annual audit work

4. Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts, cost control

5. Establish a financial analysis procedure and model, and report financial status to management regularly

6. Manage statutory filings including financial statements and tax

7. Prepare project capital plan and ensure proper cash flow and allocation of funds, as well as managing capital risks

8. Assist in cost analysis of investment and financing projects, and cooperate with the formulation of investment and financing plans

9. Other adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy; CFA, ACCA, CPA and other qualifications are preferred

2. At least 3 years working experience in financial management of Real Estate development projects in Singapore, familiar with financing, taxation, cost control and other related to Real Estate development business

3. Familiar with Singapore's financial policies, corporate financial regulations, and procedures, and proficient in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations

4. Strong capabilities in capital management, cost control, risk control and financial analysis

5. Good organization, coordination, communication skills and teamwork spirit, have a strong sense of responsibility

The Role

• Oversee sales and profitability of department to meet budget and stretch targets set by sharing goals with team members
• Empowered to manage inventory levels and stock holding days by observing good ordering practice for availability of products to optimize sales
• Plan and manage sales especially for promotional items
• Proper planning on weekly roster and SPLH in accordance to weekly requirements based on the promotional/seasonal calendar to optimize team member deployment and control salary costs
• Train and develop team members by providing On-The-Job training and involving them in special assignments and training programs

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager who excels at communication and problem-solving and strategic planning to manage and deliver a portfolio of 100 Change requests annually, totaling a value of SGD 10million. As Digital Project manager role, demand a proactive individual who can drive successful delivery by managing and taking lead role including identify and mitigate risks/issues, managing budgets, improving processes, and fostering strong relationship with both the business and delivery team to implement changes requests

Project & Change Request Management

· Lead end to end management of change requests, ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

· Prioritize and balance the portfolio of 100 CRs based on business impact, resource, and budget constraints.

· Assume the Project Manager and/or Lead for specific projects assignment

· Proactively identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks and conflicts that may arise during the boat size port folio management process, employing critical thinking and sound judgment

· Coordinate activities across multiple teams. Both internal and external to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and adhere to project timeline

Stakeholder Communication & Presentation

· Develop ad present project pitches and updates effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

· Clearly communicate project objectives, progress, risk and mitigation plans, adapting messing to technical and business audiences.

Risk Identification & Issue Resolution

· Proactively assess, identify and manage risks, analyze issues and implement action plans to mitigation impacts on portfolio delivery as well as keep a track of project delivery and proactively address potential issues and arrive at a mitigation/escalation at right time

Process Improvement

Budgetary & Resource Managment

· Annual plan of 100% budget utilization linked to prioritized business value and regulatory requirements.

· Timely and high-quality reporting/management involve timely budget billing, and fund drawdown.

· Updated centralize track of overall boatsize delivery covering in Jira/confluence flow including backlog, status, resource, financial, risk, and dependency profiles.

· Control and track project budgets and utilization, at all times and ensure it stays within the regional & quarterly allocations. Initiate and propose budget reallocation within delivery and support team to ensure fully utilization by end of the year.

· Ability to track aging, performance of CR boat size, close the project issues on time

· Work closely with Technical Delivery team to manage squad resource, balancing loads and optimizing team productivity to meet the delivery goals, accommodating ad-hoc requirements, and not miss the regulatory requirements,

· Maintain accurate and up to date key documentations, including status report. Project plan. Budget drawdown/allocations and other relevant artefacts

Team Leadership and Collaboration

· Act as a liaison between business and delivery team, promoting open communication and effective coordination

· Mentor and guide Retail business partner involving digital governance and connect to relevant product owners, business lead digital to fostering a positive and productive project environment.

Frameworks, process assurance, risk management

• Work with various stakeholders (Business/Product Owner, Program / Project Managers., Technical Delivery Managers, SDM team) review and propose refinements to the Ways of Working and associated SDM deliverables, in particular optimizing Agile vs Waterfall frameworks
• Track and manage Risk Appetite statement performance, MRAs, and Audits

Requirements:

• Project Management Certification, Lean /Six Sigma (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivaent) is preferred

· Experienced of having direct responsibility for project with budget size of $10 to $20 million.

· 8+ years of experience in retail banking , and exposure to banking, product, operations, and process.

· Excellent client-facing. Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Experience in full end-to-end project management in a lead role and/ or Background in Business analysis or experience in an agile Agile/Scrum environment and framework, e.g. sprint planning, sprint review, backlog grooming, etc.

· Proficient in excel and project management tools (e..g JIRA. Confluence, Excel advance skills). Technical domain expertise is an advantage, but at minimum is tech-savvy.

· Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions in the bank.

· Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross -functional team to achieve project objectives.

· Ability to managing multiple priorities simultaneously and perform well under pressure and tight timeline
