Position Summary:

The Branding and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the brand image, increase market share, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Management:

Marketing Campaigns:

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Digital Marketing:

Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.

Utilize digital marketing techniques to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

Track and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and behavior.

Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and market opportunities.

Provide actionable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Public Relations and Communications:

Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.

Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media events, and crisis communication.

Ensure consistent and positive brand messaging across all communication channels.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales tools that support business development efforts.

Provide training and support to the sales team on brand positioning and product messaging.

Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Marketing or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and graphic design software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organise and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

• Develop and execute plans for structured cabling projects in line with required specifications
• Oversee and coordinate the installation, termination, and testing of cabling systems
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to cabling infrastructure
• Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet all deliverables
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of project milestones and progress
• Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Requirements:
• Technical Officer must know the locations of Transmission cables and High
• Risk Sites for his assigned route / zone.
• Respond to all Earthworks Contractor enquiries for his assigned route/ zone.
• Consolidate the list of high risk sites weekly and constantly monitor the earthwork progress of the contractors.
• Patrol transmission cable routes to ensure that preventive measures to cables are in place and that contractor complies with LRe’s requirements.
• Filled up site check report when carry out site visit via CGP App.
• Ensure have consulted SPPG for High Risk Sites
• To perform ESC standby duty to attend to cable/ gas pipe damage

Responsibilities:

Procurement & Budget Management

• Prepare, monitor and manage projects' budget papers, event expenses and deliverables’ progress while ensuring a highly desirable event for qualifiers to attend.
• You will also need to adhere to the internal procurement process and arrange for payments to be made before the stipulated timelines.
  
• Process all applicable event reimbursements and ensure necessary approvals are sought before payments are made within stipulated timelines.
  

Project & Programme Management

• Sourcing and cost management for all event deliverables like venue, catering, events support vendors, gifts, fringe entertainments, design & concepts etc.
  
• Handle all aspects of events conceptualising, planning and coordinate the delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans.
  
• Work with internal colleagues and external agencies (where necessary) to deliver the event programme and materialise the objectives.
  
• Ensure all events support departmental and business objectives and that they are compliant with brand guidelines, internal policies, agreed standards, legislation and regulation.
  
• Ensure programme are well-thought through and briefed to all parties/ event helpers involved.
  

Collaterals Management

• Be creative with collaterals design and handle last minute collaterals requirements promptly.
• Arrange and ensure print production are delivered on-time ahead of events.
  
• Ensure the necessary updating of events’ collaterals.
  
• Able to do simple design works for events invite and reminder eDMs.
  

Database & Registration Management

• Create innovate mechanism to drive high attendance rate among invitees for our key agency events.
• To ensure the necessary communications are shared on time to garner strong participation from qualifiers to our recognition events.
• ​​​​​​​Tracking of periodic registration numbers and arrange for necessary reminders/ eDM or emails to ensure high actual attendance on-site.

Communications
In-charge of all forms of communications in relation to the event for all relevant individuals, whether internal staff or event invitees/attendees. Materials for communication may include some
of the following:

• All event collaterals
• Changes or updates to schedules or project plans
• Confirmation for events’ attendance
  

Gifts & Tokens Sourcing

• In-charge of all gifts, prize tokens, awards that are given out to all qualifying representatives of our agency force
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma qualification
• 1-2 years’ experience in big events planning
• Clearly and concise communications, both verbally and in writing to upper management as well as to the agency force.
• Manage various deliverables productively, review/ check to ensure accuracy and details.
• Able to roll up your sleeves for pre-event logistics planning, onsite execution and delivery of events.
• Interest in finance, insurance products and how an agency force works to close protection gaps
• Pleasant and good-natured
