Requirements and skills

• At least 15 years related working experience in Building Construction
• In-depth understanding of RC structure work, expert in Formwork and Rebar.
• Well known in construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Working hours 6 days per week
• Strong construction background to discuss and advise technical matters with Main and Sub Contractors.
• Excellent Communication skills and highly organized, driven and conscientious.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative community engagement strategies across multiple social media platforms（e.g. telegram）to foster brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
• Plan, organize, and promote community-driven events, including webinars and AMAs, to strengthen community participation and engagement.
• Serve as the brand’s ambassador and thought leader within the local crypto and Web3 communities, enhancing visibility and credibility.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to relay valuable community insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Cultivate a supportive and positive community atmosphere by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and driving user growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement within the crypto and Web3 sectors.
• Proven success in building and nurturing vibrant online communities, fostering inclusive and meaningful interactions.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to promote engagement and brand awareness while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Postion Purpose

The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing activities with the marketing team to obtain top of mind brand recall and revenue generation through creating exciting touchpoints for customers and meeting customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote the F&B brands and products.

· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

· Manage and develop marketing campaigns, website content, social media to reach target audiences.

· Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collaterals, such as social media posts and promotional material.

· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

· Develop and manage advertising campaigns to build brand awareness and positioning while identifying potential customers.

· Drive the success of a brand including obtaining market share, building top of mind recall, and increasing toplines

· Design and oversee digital marketing plans including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to constantly innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years’ relevant brand management and marketing experience.

· Experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth running of restaurant operations
• Ability in handling customers feedback and ensuring a high standard of service
• Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant dining area
• Manage staff discipline, presentation and performance
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferably in a managerial role
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays and shift work
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• PC literate, well organized and self-motivated
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
