• Support the implementation of strategic initiative across PACS to drive the protection and group business
• Work with Actuarial Pricing in achieving a balance for all stakeholders, eg. Compensation, pricing, product benefits, time to market, etc

Pre-requisites

SECTION A: POSITION SUMMARY

- Manage Service Desk team to deliver flawless customer service in managing incident restoration and service level agreements and monitoring the duties of the service desk team members to ensure that client inquiries are promptly attended to.

This job will cover Operational Risk Management (ORM), giving the potential candidate a wide range of exposure. Scope involves the below but not limited to:
