Duties for this role include:

• Coordinate project & product work going on across the business.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage the deployment of new network builds at our customers offices and data centers across the APAC region, ensuring the successful execution and management of our services for our customer. The Project Coordinator will be working alongside the customers Technical Project Management team supporting the APAC region.

The scope will include the planning, design, construction, and handover phases associated with office network builds, data center network builds, site de-commissions and network retrofit / refresh projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create/maintain all tasks related to the creation & installation of the site infrastructure (based on the latest site deployment guide)
• Attend weekly project meetings.
• Track critical dates & report possible impacts to the project timeline.
• Monitor delivery status for equipment shipments.
• Provide reports to Meta and other necessary stakeholders where requested.
• Create and maintain project checklists, tools, and deployment templates.
• Create and maintain vendor resource Deployment Engineering planning for the project.
