Administrative Duties

1. Perform administrative duties of data entry, e-filing and data maintenance into the authorized and designated template, systems and websites timely

8. File the Payment Receipts, Good Receipts and Certificate of Completion (COC) into the team website in an orderly and timely manner

Communication

1. Handle queries and manage all form of correspondences with stakeholders, being the Point of Contact team, for all budget-related information with project teams and stakeholders (internal and external)
2. Support management by organizing meetings with project Point of Contact to review financial performance regularly in order to produce accurate and up to date budget plan and expenditure reports
3. Communicate budget updates, differences or financial risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

As a Business Change Manager within Business Support Management, you will be responsible for administrative and control-focused support to our CIB business. You will collaborate with people across all levels and multiple lines of business to execute deliverables e.g., Business Managers, CIB BSM global counterparts, and Internal Business Partners such as Business Control, Compliance, Human Resources, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on/off boarding process e.g., verification checks, provision of technology and management of technology accesses including hardware, applications, market data for joiners and leavers
• Implement controls including consecutive leave, physical access management, business resiliency support, centralized policy and procedure
• Communicate and coordinate implementation of firmwide policies and changes in strategy; Partner with regional and global teams to ensure business initiatives are achieved

• Assist in day-to-day issues that arise e.g., seating constraints and Tririga/data issues
• Handle ad-hoc requests from business related to technology, real estate, resource allocation etc. Plan and oversee ad-hoc projects from execution through completion. Respond to audit and compliance queries

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in Investment Banking
• Ability to implement new processes, escalate issues and communicate with influence
• Ability to analyze processes and issues: troubleshoot, make connections, leverage data and problem solve
