What you will be doing:

• Lease Management: Oversee leasing activities, including the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and collaborate with solicitors on lease documentation.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual budget forecasts and generate monthly management reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making.

The Customer Service Team Lead (or Manager) is responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring exemplary customer service delivery.
