Strategic Operations Development:

· Partner with COO to design, implement, and optimize fund operations infrastructure

Requirements

Education:

This front office responsibility requires a proactive management of each transaction in the portfolio in order to:

MONITORING:

• Prepare and process annual reviews of credit authorizations, waiver requests, periodical reviews of cash flow models;

Position: Executive, Facilities Management

• Monday to Friday 9am - 6:30pm
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio - company will move to near TaiSeng MRT by Dec 2024 / Jan 2025

Requirements:

• Experience in facilities management, with a preference for experience in the F&B and/or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out projects, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with reading detailed drawings/floor plans. Basic sketching ability is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Facilities Oversight: Manage and coordinate all facilities-related activities during renovation and construction projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

In this role, you will support the project management team and be the contact point to implement the Wealth Management (WM) back-office system in Singapore, coordinating system setup, testing, and integration across the different teams involved.
