Salary: $3500 - $5000 + KPI Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Expand overseas markets (with a focus on Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, USA, UK and Canada) and channels, seek high-quality projects and resources, independently handle new project development, business opportunity tracking, contract negotiations, and related tasks.
• Expand community channels: collaborate and expand partnerships with communities, media outlets, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and maintain relationships.
• Market development: responsible for collecting market and industry information, collaborating effectively with the solution and product departments, possessing a high level of sensitivity and insight into the blockchain industry. Based on an understanding of the market, regulate the strategic layout of the market.

Summary

The company has received its CMS approval in 2020 and it is looking to build up its business from bottom-up. We are looking for someone who is able to source deals, who has an extensive network in the digital asset sector within Southeast Asia and South Korea.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define digital asset goals, timelines, and strategies. Identify target investors and create tailored marketing and communication plans.
• Oversee the issuance and distribution of digital assets. Implement security measures to safeguard token transactions and investor data.
• Engage with potential and existing investors, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the digital asset ecosystem.
• Manage the post-digital asset process, including token trading on secondary markets and investor relations. Ensure ongoing compliance with securities regulations.
• Present the investment opportunities and efficiently communicate the information to agents, intermediaries at Seoul headquarters.

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and security tokens.
• Experience in planning and executing security token offerings or similar fundraising initiatives.
• Capable of driving long-term business initiatives and navigating through different stakeholders.
